Toast and boiled rice

Bland foods such as boiled rice make are great stomach remedies, because they absorb the excess of gastric juices. Besides, if you also combine rice with toast, you can also treat nausea, vomiting and lack of appetite. The only thing you have to be careful about is the recipe.
